If you can’t find a massage appointment time that you’re looking for, please use the WAITLIST and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please do your best to provide 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel your massage, especially if you are not well. Otherwise it will be challenging for us to fill your time slot and you will be subject to a cancellation fee. You can call or text 250-999-9340. Class purchase options are as follows:

  • Single class pass $20;
  • 5-7 week series, prices vary based on series;
  • Monthly Membership $140;
  • 10 Class Pass $180 (1 year expiry).

Physiotherapy

Laura completed her initial training as an RMT in 2014 with the Canadian College of Massage Therapy and is now practicing massage therapy to help people create freedom in their movement and changes in their relationship with their bodies for overall long-term wellbeing. She has a deep appreciation for the body’s innate wisdom and healing power. Laura regards massage as one avenue by which she can help others with their health and happiness. Using a holistic and integrative approach, she treats with all the systems of the body in mind—musculoskeletal, myofascial, lymphatic, and visceral. She listens attentively to the needs of the body and is dedicated in supporting changes that improve quality of life. Laura is also passionate about food, regenerative agriculture and working towards creating a healthy planet for generations to come. She grew up on an organic farm in Ontario and studied International Development with an agricultural focus at the University of Guelph where she captained the varsity soccer team. After uni, she knew she also wanted to study the body and went to massage school followed by travelling to India to train as a yoga teacher. Saskia graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. With a strong foundation in both clinical expertise and academic achievement, she is committed to delivering evidence-based care to a diverse range of clients. Motivated by a passion for empowering others, Saskia became a physiotherapist to share her knowledge and help individuals maintain the functionality required to continue enjoying the activities they love.

Saskia has experience treating various populations, including post-surgical patients, athletes, and older adults. She takes a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, designing individualized treatment plans that not only address pain and injury but also enhance movement patterns, flexibility, strength, and overall function.

In addition to her broad expertise, Saskia specializes in the assessment, treatment, and management of pelvic health conditions. With a particular focus on women’s health, she provides compassionate and evidence-based care to address concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and sexual health issues. Her approach empowers women of all ages, from postpartum recovery to menopause, to achieve optimal pelvic floor function and overall wellness.

Outside of her clinical practice, Saskia has a passion for outdoor activities and understands the importance of maintaining a strong, mobile, and resilient body.
